I’ve Been Juicing Lately

I’ve owned a juicer for a couple of years but only used it about twice a year for my guilt-induced juice fast after major holidays, namely Christmas and Thanksgiving. Lately, however, I’ve been using it regularly to supplement my diet with fresh vegetables and fruits.

Here are some juice recipes that have made me swoon (to the moon):

1 serving

Carrot-Cucumber-Ginger
1 carrot
1 small cucumber
1-inch fresh ginger
1/2 cup orange juice, or more to taste

Celery-Carrot-Bell Pepper
2 celery stalks
1 carrot
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 cup orange juice, or more to taste

Fennel-Ginger
1/2 fennel bulb
1-inch fresh ginger
1/2 cup orange juice

Pineapple
All by itself

Apple-Carrot
1 apple
2 carrots
1/2 cup orange juice

Beet-Carrot-Orange
1 beet
2 carrots
1/2 cup orange juice

Do you juice? What are your favorite combinations?

Funny, I went through a mad juicing phase and since then…nothing. Apple/Carrot and Beet/Carrot/Orange are so good – though I mostly used to stick to fruit. Thanks for stopping by, it's always lovely to "hear" from you. Bisous & Love from London xo

I don't juice, but my daughter does, so I have all the equipment. I'll save all your ideas for her, Nisrine!

Ooh I love all the ginger combinations! I've always wanted a juicer and might have to put one on our wedding registry :)

I don't have a juicer yet. I seriously need to get one – I am obsessed with beet/carrot juice!

I'm not a big veggie consumer either. Maybe I'd better pull out the juicer.

Love juicing when my appetite for food vanishes. But then I find there's a point where my appetite for the juices vanish, and regular food seems appealing again. I like the balance.

May I recommend a juice combo?
Cucumber, carrots, apples, celery, a little bit of beets, spinach, ginger. It's a meal in a glass! :-)

You just reminded me that I need to dust off my juicer. And then make this juice! Looks super delish.

I love to juice, however I go in spurts. I'm about to enter one of those spurts right now. I love all these combinations, I'm so happy you posted them. I usually make a carrot, apple and ginger juice, I like to add celery and cucumber to it as well.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog! It was wonderful seeing you at FBF this weekend as well. What a wonderful time! I hope we will meet again another time!
