Panama: Rainforest, Ruins, Skyscrapers
We are back home safe, sound and thankful. Our trip to Central America was fascinating in many ways: Rainforest, ruins, skyscrapers, Kuna Indians, indigenous art and more beads than I’ve seen in my entire life.

The highlight of the trip had to do with a very special food. So special its scientific name is theobroma, “food of the gods”. Curious? Don’t miss the next post.

How much did you pay the Kuna/San Blas Indian for the foto? Good foto of Panamá Viejo (destoyed by the pirate Capt Morgan in 1671 & foto of Patailla from the old building in Casco Viejo-San Felipe ☺)
