2 cups grated/very finely chopped red cabbage
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon minced dill, optional
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Ground black pepper, to taste
Combine the first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl.
Add the dressing to the salad and toss. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
